- All incoming services were isolated with temporary water/power reinstalled on alternate floors
- Three lifts removed entirely
- Each floor including the plant rooms were stripped back to the bare structure
- All waste was separated into varying waste streams prior to being removed from site, achieving maximum recycling value of 98%
A secondary cut-and-carve demolition phase was awarded following the successful completion of the initial 10-week soft strip.
