The project involved the soft strip, temporary works design and installation, followed by the demolition of the property. A significant challenge was addressing deteriorated party walls on both sides, requiring careful dismantling and reconstruction throughout the process without scheduling delays.
We employed specialised demolition techniques to minimise disruption to adjacent buildings, notably the American Embassy located across the street. The company prioritised environmental responsibility by separating waste into varying waste streams before removal, achieving a 95% recycling rate.
